Some patrons have "lived in apartments smaller and less well-equipped" than the units at this "family-friendly" Phoenix golf resort at the base of South Mountain, where "classy" accommodations have full-size kitchens and "huge" Jacuzzis; active types aver there's "something for everyone" here (volleyball, pool, tennis, shuffleboard) but the main attraction is the Gary Panks–designed public golf course; "perky waitresses" and "entertaining bartenders" mitigate a "small bar" that closes early and dining that's "not on par with the rest."

The cleaning of my room was good, liked the kitchenette and refrigerator.

Parking was not very good. had to park away and walk a distance each night.

Hotel stay was very friendly. located a bit further then I would have liked to stay, the area however was very quite, a nice getaway place for a family vacation or romantic weekend. Im a business traveler so access and proximity to freeway was about 5-10 minutes traveling. Hotel staff was very friendly. The room was well equipped.

The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8:00am though we weren't checking out!
